Each year we take on a number of graduate trainees because we like to ‘grow our own’ talent and welcome fresh perspectives and ideas.


There are three career routes, each with rotations through different parts of the business. We can be flexible and adapt the programmes to fit your starting skills and experience. A typical programme could include:

  • General Management: Four rotations typically including FM Operations, Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE), Commercial/Financial Management, Project Management, Human Resources / Learning & Development and Business Development. Read more
  • Engineering: Three rotations typically including projects such as solar farms, waste-to-energy plants, energy performance contracting, data centres and FM projects.

There are plenty of Learning and Development opportunities, including great operational and management experiential training, 1-1 coaching based on psychometric assessment, and extending your existing qualifications with professional and vocational programmes such as CIMA, ACCA, BIFM and engineering charterships.

We also provide great 360° support from a variety of stakeholders within the business.

The Package

We offer a starting salary of £25,000 with regular pay reviews, 25 days’ annual leave, pension scheme and private health insurance.
